For twenty years I’ve designed financial products end to end, from consumer banking apps to the lending systems beneath them. My deepest specialty is loans, the full lifecycle from origination through servicing to collateral, where trust isn’t a nice-to-have and a missed detail quietly costs real money.
I trained as a designer, went deep on the technical side, then moved into business consulting. So I read a balance sheet and a codebase, not just a Figma file, and I can hold the business case, the design, and what’s actually buildable in one head, keeping a team moving when the three pull in different directions.
I lead and mentor product teams the way I work: ground every decision in real users and a process tested on real launches, then lean on the system, and on AI, to move fast without losing the craft. The default today is AI-assisted mediocrity at scale. My work is the exception.
